Back in November of 2025 it was time for my third treatment of mesenchymal stem cells and exosomes. This time we made the trip to see our friends Dan and Dr. Romo at their recently opened Cellular Health Clinic. I have CHF (Congestive Heart Failure). I was diagnosed in late 2024. The Journey to Cellular Health Clinic
We made a whole trip out of this visit to the new Cellular Health Clinic in Tijuana. We actually flew into Seattle and made a 10 day trip down the West Coast of the USA, taking in all of the sites on the way and visiting with friends.
When we arrived in San Diego we stayed at a hotel on Hotel Mile, not far from the airport. The driver picked us up and made a stop at the Sheraton airport location to pick up another patient. This is how it works typically. You book a night at the Sheraton and that is where you are picked up. We then made the short trip to Tijuana and we went through the medical line, to cross the border, which had no wait.
At Cellular Health Clinic we were able to catch up with our friends Dan and Dr. Romo before receiving our treatment. I received IV mesenchymal stem cells and exosomes while my wife Anabell received IV mesenchymal stem cells and stem cells injected into her face for beauty. The total appointment took about 90 minutes.
We then hopped back into the truck and returned to the USA utilizing the medical treatment line. It took about 30 minutes to get through immigration due to a line but we were able to return to our hotel in under an hour. We all have passports so make sure to do some research to find out your requirements to cross the border.
Like usual I was pretty tired for the next week. When the stem cells get to work, I need to sleep.
